I just did the one in Chicago on Saturday. It was a lot of fun but I fell down while walking up a very steep muddy hill and could not stand back up. We have potlucks a lot and I try not to participate because I'll eat meatballs, brownies, chips and dip and all kind of other food I shouldn't eat or if I do eat should eat in moderation lol

Even the trainers at the gym have told me low weight/high reps but it's true I've been doing that for 3 months and do see results but not as much as I should.

I have very poor upper body strength so 15 pounds on the shoulder press is a lot to me I will try more tonight though and continue with my squat challenge
