I also decided I wanted to do a 1/2 marithon in April, so I started a walk/run 12 week pre marithon plan in October just to get my body used to moving again. I am now on my marithon training and so far, I am doing well. I am very glad I did the 12 week pre plan before the marithon plan, otherwise I would have hurt myself…
