That is so great!! I look forward to the day I can run a mile. I just recently started this & it takes me 15 min to walk/jog a mile!!! I have a lot of work to do to be able to run a mile-you deserve to be proud!! I would be!

I will definitely look in to this. I just started my journey to lose weight, and I am in need of some good tasting food to keep me going!! I have used Taste of Home recipes before & they have always been excellent. Ofcourse, the ones I used before were not so healthy! lol! Thanks for the tip.
