Unfortunately, my menstrual cycle was last week. Not this week. Which is why I don't understand the scale! Also, what is TDEE?

I am 5 foot 1. Currently 157 pounds. I started at 163. My goal is 130. I haven't really been paying attention to how much water I am drinking. I always have a water bottle with me, but I can certainly start to track how much I am actually drinking. Probably a lot less than I should be.
