Freeze ripe bananas, have half when you feel like you need a little pick me up... it feels like you are eating ice cream!!

Hang in there and drink tons of water!!! I go to the gym first thing in the AM otherwise I wont have the energy later in the day....if your schedule allows go in the am it will help keep you motivated all day!!

You will go thru these slow periods often keep watching what you eat, doing a wide variety of workouts and drink alot of water you will break thru!! hang in there!!

I try and go to the gym 6-7 days a week for 1.5 hours split between cardio and strength training and once a week Yoga!!

Just turned 50 in October....have lost 27 already but have hit a platau so I have joined MFP to help get me over the hump. I have been going to gym 6-7 days a week doing a wide mix of cardio and resistance training. I want to get smarter about calories in the foods I eat and daily net intake. I would like to lose another…
