I like Janelle Monáe tight rope, old school Outkast from the stankonia album and Karmin has a few good songs. I don't know if you have a Pandora account but they have a club cardio mix that my trainer uses during classes. They play a lot of Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna and David Guetta it's fast beats and a good mix.

I like hummus with veggies for a good dip. I mostly eat cooked veggies, roasted green beans and beets nothing fancy. Hope this helps a little.
