I guess I have a couple: As I was cleaning my coffee table I noticed contours of muscle on the inside of my upper arm. And today I ran a 5k on the treadmill in 38:46. I am getting much stronger athletically.

I am 5'2 and starting weight was 186. Current weight is 177. My goal weight is 130 - though I would prefer 125. But going to stick with 130 for now. Today though? Today I would be thrilled at 150...I would probably dance in the street.

I weigh myself daily and record my weight. I am in a fitness contest at work though, and my weigh in for that is Monday. I tend to over indulge on the weekend so having knowing I am getting weighed Monday tends to help me eat better over the weekend.
