  • I started c25k in January and went from week 6 to a 5K last Saturday! I was so proud of myself and finished in 39 minutes. I would love to do in 30...good for you!
  • Awesome! I was on week 6 last week, and decided to go for it the full 3.1 miles with a time limit. I did it on Sunday and I was so proud of myself!   • I'm a teacher and recently one of my kiddos said " You didn't like being fat"!!!! My 5 year old son told his cousin, " my mommy does excercise so you can be skinny like your mommy"! :)
