My challenge was today to get out on a street and run. I usually run on a treadmill. I have 10K race in 3 weeks time so I need to practice to run outdoor.:tongue:

I exercise in the evening or afternoon. Hardly ever in the morning. Can't see myself jumping around 6 am. :smile: As it's getting warmer outside, thinking to start running in the morning but not before 9am and gym in the evening.:smile:

Well my plan is...it is my rest day so no gym today! Managed to have a little walk to town and do some shopping. Later on need to go to work. To get to work I need to walk about 40 min and later back as I don't drive.:tongue: So this gonna be my exercise today. :smile:

1. How are you eating today? (Good, Well, Not Enough, Poor, etc...) So far all good, under my calorie goal...fruit, veggies, brown rice, eggs 2. What is your Mood today? Great. :tongue: 3. What was\is your exercise plan for today? Just got out of the gym... did 70 minutes cardio. Earlier at home some dumbbell exercises.

Getting ready to do my first Level 2 session, finished 30DS Level 1 yesterday. I finded very easy by the end so I started to do Body Revolution as well. 20 Min it's not enough for me. Two workouts per day plus running...:bigsmile: :tongue: :wink:

If I go to the gym I do drink abit. I need to force myself to drink water,just don't like the taste...I just filled up my water bottle and will try today drink as much as I possible.:drinker:

I don't drink that much water,just don't like it but I will try now on. I have my coffee in the morning and not more than two cups max. Usually afternoon I drink lots of herbal tea with sweetener. I do love sweets but really trying to avoid to buy any when I do my food shopping. Because of my night eating I have put on…

I could go without eating any breakfast (I am not big fan of breakie anyway) and lunch. There is days when I am good all day by having healthy meals. But nights are like nightmares....visiting several times kitchen.
