I should have said - I'm in the UK so we don't tend to have substitues. The reduced fat ones are absolutely full of rubbish too!

I just had some for dinner and it was lovely! Half a cup of quinoa rinsed then boiled in 2.5 cups water (with a little stock) for 30 mins. Fry some red onions and garlic in a wee touch of olive oil.
