  • I turn bright red as well. It doesn't bother me if people comment on it, but I can understand how it could. The best thing I can do to motivate you is quote what I read somewhere else: "If you look good working out, you aren't trying hard enough." I tell myself all the time when I feel as red as a beet when working out.
  • Just did Day 1! So proud of myself. Those side lunges kill me, but I struggled though. Only pause was for a bathroom break and then straight back into it.

  • I can't find my measuring tape, but weight is 80.6 kilograms and body fat is 43%. Really hoping between trying to eat better and the exercise increase I'll have a significant drop in those numbers by the end. I currently am at the top end of a UK size 16, so will watch that too.
