Yes ... it is brilliant and you feel amazing. It is a lot of food to prepare and eat, but it does really make a difference. I use it now as part of my daily food planning - try and go for clean and lean as a rule.

Hi, You can loose up to 2 lbs of fat a week - if you try to loose faster you should seek medical advice as you may be loosing other things (such as muscle mass, tissue, water etc.).
