Sam's Club offers 6 Lean Cuisine meals (3 varieties of 2 each - sesame chicken, chicken teriyaki and a chicken and veggies I think) for less than 10 dollars. I leave one in the freezer for lunch and have eaten them every day. Calorie range is 290-330. It works for me.
