  • Completed Day 5 of Level 1 today. It is still hard but much better than the first few days. I only had to stop once to catch my breath this time and I still do modified pushups. I hurt my shoulder over a year ago when I thought I wanted to do the shred. I quit after that injury but my shoulder has not been the same.…
  • I'd like to join! I actually started this on 9/23 but need some motivation to keep me from giving up. I am on level 1 day 4 (yes, skipped a few days) and didn't eat well this week. This group is just what I needed!
