Hi Cindi, First **virtual hugs** Second, breathe in....breathe out.... this too will pass. Third. We allllllllll get down sometimes. In fact, I came here to the motivation board because, like you, I've lost my motivation. I get frustrated because when I was trying to do the C25K program, my back would spasm or my knee…

Just did Week 4 Day 1 last night. The jump from 3 min to 5 min is TOUGH for me. I stopped about 40 seconds short for a 3 second walk before realizing I wasn't done. Trying not to get discouraged and just keep on keeping on :)
-
I start Week 4 tomorrow. Trying to go into it with an open mind but I'm dreading that first 5 min run! Baby steps, right? I'm already slower than a snail so maybe it'll work in my favor.

Complete Week 2 Day 2! It was hard but I'm doing it. The c25k app I'm using doesn't track distance, unless I'm missing it somewhere, so I also use mapmyrun app, it says I'm doing an 17.31 min mile.....but hey, it's exercise and I'm lapping everyone who's still on the couch, right? :) Congrats to all!!

Just did Week 2, Day 1 yesterday. It seemed so much harder for me to jog for 90 seconds than it did for 60 seconds but I'll keep on keeping on! :)

I just finished Week 1 Day 3. I'm really slow but I completed it!!! ;)

Tomorrow is Week 1 Day 3 for me. I would love to have more C25K friends. I've never run for exercise in my life before this. But I'm trying! To the OP, I get pretty winded running for the 60 seconds too, hang in there!!

Thank you SO much for sharing this. This is the kick in the butt I needed this morning. I love the end!!! "I'm running a race. It's not a sprint, but a marathon." You look around, and you realize, there's no one running it but you. All the other "competitors" are gone. There's no one to catch up to. It's all about you, and…
