I went to walmart and got the premade salad and then bought chicken in a can and ate a chicken salad with italian dressing. it was ironically very filling

My daily goal: To excersise on wii fit for at least 25 minutes. I reached my goal yesterday and I'm going to try today

My daily goal: to not eat past 9 and have 60 calories left over. I know ur not supposed to eat past 6:30 but I don't go to bed till 12

I REACHED MY DAILY GOAL TODAY. WENT WALKING FOR 20 MINUTES THEN PLAYED WII SPORTS AND WII FIT WITH FAMILY FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES I ALSO STAYED UNDER MY 1200 CALORIES. WHICH WAS VERY HARD CONSIDERING THAT MY GRANDMA MADE SPAGHETTI...YUM

Thank you and I have heard a lot about the Zumba game so I think I'm gonna buy that sometime this week. I always try to stay motivated to excersise despite the weather because I live in Texas and anyone who lives in Texas knows that it could be 85 degrees one day and it could be snowing the next lol.

MY DAILY GOAL: My daily goal is to excersise at least 30 minutes today and to stay under my 1200 calorie limit despite the fact that I have a cold.

I also struggle with snacking. For instance, this morning at 5am my husband left for work and I couldn't go back to sleep so I ate 2 sugar cookies. I find that talking with someone will help me.
