Kettlenetics is a good Dvd it starts you out with light weight weights mixed with aerobic-cardio type excercise. When you get used to them and comfortable then I would up it to heavier kettlebells. They are nice cuz they give you toning but don't bulk you up super big being a woman.

I'm an Hourglass but I'm short and that sucks cuz my bust is bigger and my upper stomach is super tiny but my lower stomach is extreme hard to lose weight there and my thighs carry alot of weight but my calves and my ankles are small cuz I'm short.

I try but if we are traveling out of town or something my excercise becomes just walking and things of that nature and on those days I try to eat a bit lighter foods cuz I'm excercising less. I do try really hard though to work out atleast 40min a day minimum.

Our dog is part Cocker Spaniel and part Dacshund he's awesome. Never gets super big and he has the big fluffy paws like a cocker spaniel and the fluffy ears. And he's a major couch potatoe and awesome with kids. Very calm natured.

Some days I try hard to stay under 500 calories a meal. You should be eating atleast 1200 a day and if you are excercising also atleast 350-500 calories of excercise a day you prob should be eating closer to 1400 calories. I have drank them some mornings because I have woke up late and didn't feel like breakfast that close to lunch. But I have heard the best time to drink them is after you work out because it helps you maintain your muscle if you drink it after your workout.

I try to weigh in on wednesday mornings as soon as I get up cuz its midway thru the week. But on wks where I'm out of town on the wk-end or something and not sure how much I burned by just movement instead of regular excercise then I will weigh in after that just to see where i'm at.

I would say to eat 1200 a day at minimum, isn't a bad thing to eat even 1400-1500 depending on how much excercise you get in your day. If you are burning atleast 500 calories a day doing excercises I would say eat up to 1500 and you should be alright and still lose weight.

I don't know if you like coffee or not but a big cup of regular coffee is best for me in the mornings. And in the winter it helps too sometimes to take a Vitamin D pill sometimes that will make a huge difference what kinda energy you have. Sometimes raw fruits early in the day helps if I am over tired.
