In a saucepan 2 cans reduced sodium chicken broth, 2 jars smuckers sugar free Apricot Preserves, tad bit of salt, about 3 tsp black pepper. Mix it up well put in the crock pot with the chicken is yummy.

I try to every other day and do cardio the days in between but is getting more difficult lately have been crazy busy alot lately with stuff going on. So sometimes ends up being more cardio days cuz am out and about alot or super busy. But I do try really hard to make it every other day.

If you have free weights I would suggest Jari Love, absolutely all of her workouts are really challenging and burn alot of calories. I always feel like I have gotten a super good workout after doing any of those.

I do notice I am a bit less sleepy when I take them. Also they are really good for your hair. The migraine meds I have to take make my hair really dry and I noticed the vitamins help quite a bit with that.

Probably around 2800-3400 cuz I drank alot of regular soda then. Now I try to stick between the 1250-1450 range.

every now and then I like to mix the tuna in with my egg salad sandwiches and add some alfalfa sprouts and sunflower seeds. I am gonna try the cottage cheese though with it cuz that sounds pretty good.
