I Love Red wine, I try not to drink it too often though. I like Blackberry Merlot the best, but a good glass of Cabernet is awesome as well. Yellowtail Cabernet -Merlot is pretty cheap and really good for cooking with.

If you like coffee than that is better than soda by far both nutritionally cuz the caffeine is all natural and is less calories and sugar. We have a sanitize cycle you can run on our washer I always use that for workout clothes or for anytime anyone is sick and I add a little baking soda also to the washer that helps alot with getting things really clean.

Eating Pizza without gaining weight is completely do-able. Just can't pair pizza with things like potatoe chips etc cuz that has carbs on top of carbs and it will raise your blood sugar to cause you to gain weight.
