Is it worth it? I don't know how to answer that. If you're budgeting for everything else as is, then it's probably not for you. It is definitely a lot of money to shell out for about a month's worth of breakfast (assuming you're drinking one shake every morning). Personally, I loved it. It was freakin' delicious, it helped…

Insanity is just that ... Insane. That being said, you can absolutely do it. Modify it to fit your current abilities, and keep pushing, and pushing play. The greatest thing about that program, is that it will never get easy. You are just able to push harder and harder. I've done Insanity twice, now. Feel free to message me…

As long as you're staying properly nourished to be able to maintain the output, I say go for it. Just make sure you don't end up over training.

I just pop my headphones in and, as with…

Woodway. They are hands down, the best treadmill I've ever used. I love them. They're kind of pricey, but completely worth it. If I wasn't living in an apartment, I'd definitely invest in one. http://www.woodway.com/index.html

Machines give you a generalized estimate of what the average person should burn, given the time and alleged intensity of the workout, not necessarily what you specifically burn. I have a chest strap heart rate monitor from Timex that syncs up with my watch, and records my heart rate, and calories burned. The machines, and…

I'm echoing everyone else's sentiment here. Figure out what your BMR is, as well as add more protein to what you've listed there. Grains are great and all, but you really ought to be supplementing with more proteins as well. I would certainly not eat anything below 1600 calories, especially if you're exercising.
