Oh yeah, he is so beautiful, my number 2 pick after Dan Stevens (helloooooo Beast!)

I have a hard time with this as well, especially with things like pasta and rice. Sometimes the package doesn't label if the serving is cooked or dry! I usually just assume that the serving size listed on the package is for dry/raw and use that for my logging.

Can I just say that you are gorgeous in both pics! Way to go hot mamma! Mad props.

Stunning transformation, and so inspiring!

Just so all you ladies know, regardless of the fact that men's sizes are supposed to be standardized by the inches on the labels, that isn't always the case. My husband can't shop at Haggar because their pants are so bizarrely sized. When he was wearing a 38/32 everywhere else, he couldn't even zip them up at Haggar, and…

I was obsessed with Ewan when I was a young teen. Had an Obi-Wan poster on my wall and everything!

You are so beautiful, both before and after! You look amazing, your had work has paid off, you will get there, it will just take time (we all wish time would move faster, but there you have it). Keep it up!

Thanks for this tip! I have never tried Dr. Oetker pizza, but they sell it at my local Market Street, so I'm going to go pick one up for tonight to try it out.

Love this idea, I was having that issue yesterday. I kept trying to convince myself I had eaten less calories than my daily allotment, so I logged everything, saw I was a little bit over, and that settled it for me, lol. Sometimes I just need a distraction, though!

I have lost 16lbs so far, and I have about 85 more to go, so I have the same goals as you. Let's be friends!

Always looking for more support and motivation, and love encouraging others!

It varies from person to person. I've only lost 16lbs so far, but I can tell my feet are probably almost 1/2 size smaller already. My shoes all feel very loose. When I was at my smallest (high school/early college) I could wear a 9 1/2 but recently at my highest weight I have been wearing an 11.

Great job, so inspiring!

Dan Stevens, just...yum. My husband is aware, and probably a little jealous, lol.

Fat free cheese. Cardboard shredded up and colored orange with a little rubber thrown in for texture.

Ok, what is this from, that's stinkin' hilarious...

Glad someone had the bravery to write this. Exactly what I was thinking, it sounds like OP went from one eating disorder to another...No matter what OP, you need to see your doctor about your eating habits. ETA: I realize the OP is disabled, but there are other disabled people on MFP who still eat quite a bit more than…

I agree with a lot of other posters on here. I still eat fast food, just not as much. It really does help to look up the calories for fast food meals and figure out what you can have within your allotment for the day. It might surprise you how many calories some items have, and how few others contain. Moderation is your…

I just lol'd at my desk at work reading this :D

MFP suggests I eat about 215g a day, and I am usually around that number. I don't feel the need to cut carbs since I don't see that as a long term solution. I've been losing steadily.

This. First thing I thought when I saw your goals was, "Wow that's fast!" Pretty much everyone on here says the last 10-20 lbs are the hardest to lose and take the longest. I've seen people on here that have mentioned it took them a year or more to lose the last little bit. Please don't think I'm discouraging you, in fact…

My mom has done the low carb thing so many times, and always gains the weight back plus some. Some people find they are happier and healthier without carbs in their life and can stick to low carb as a maintenance strategy. If you love carbs, though, I wouldn't try that as you'll eventually end up right back where you…

Looks like you have managed to find a pretty good array of foods to eat that work within your tastes, good for you! :)
-
Good grief, what on earth do you eat?
-
Greek yogurt (gritty, ewww) Quinoa Lima beans Collard/mustard greens Tofu (only like it grilled and added to pad thai) Okra Red delicious - agree with the posters above that those are gross. Gotta be Honeycrisp or Empire for this girl!
-
Right? She makes me feel like a lazy *kitten* lol. My husband and I both hate cleaning, which isn't good when you can't afford a maid. Our apartment is generally a bit messy, although we make sure it never gets to actually being dirty because, you know, ewww. :#

Your tuna salad looks light and delish, could I get your recipe, please?

Ok, what are those delicious looking bites of awesomeness you have there? I must know!
