I just came back to MFP after a break. I've been using MFP off and on for about 10 years. I just downloaded Lose It! and will be using that going forward. Can't believe they removed the barcode feature and the exercise calorie deduction.

I would love an accountability friend! I've been on MFP before, and lost about 30lbs before letting life get in the way. I need to lose a good 30lbs in the near future so that I don't have so much strain on my joints, but I also have an end goal of about 150lbs or so. Let's be friends! Lots of good advice here from people who have been where you are, OP. I agree with what most are saying, communicate with your hubs to let him know he is still #1, and make sure you are showing him attention so he feels loved and special. Gratz on your losses.

Actually, Liam Neeson was in Les Mis, he was in the non-musical version quite a few years ago and he played Jean Valjean to Geoffrey Rush's Javert. It was an excellent version, I suggest seeing it. So, I'm going with Neeson since that was in fact a valid answer: Taken

40lbs is not "killing yourself." While that is a good bit of gain, it's probably not going to detrimentally affect your health very much if you were at a decent, healthy weight to start with. I agree with the other posters, if you didn't notice, how could anyone else? People think they are being supportive by saying you…
