After two years, finally shedding pounds

Hello all. I'm not new to MFP, but new to reaching out. After an off-and-on approach, I got serious. Consistency is good! I also did grief counseling and left a miserable job. I do a 5 AM spinning class 3-4 times per week, and I try to get 20g of lean protein in every meal. I track it all using a Fitbit with HRM and MyFitnesssPal. I drink lots of water flavored with citrus and fresh herbs. Calories at about 1400/day. Losing about 2 pounds per month and keeping it off. I've dropped 30 so far. I have another 30-50 to go.

In baseball, my theory is to strive for consistency, not to worry about the numbers. If you dwell on statistics you get shortsighted, if you aim for consistency, the numbers will be there at the end.
