If you act on the desire to "be" with another person, whether that is through digital media or not, I consider that cheating. Do most people occasionally fantasize about being with someone else? Yeah, probably, but they also don't generally ACT on that fleeting thought. It is the action that makes it cheating, in my book.…

A marriage is more than just physical intimacy. You are sharing your life with someone, and have the right to expect that the only person they are totally sharing themselves with is yourself. The OP's husband was obviously not mentally faithful to his wife since he was sexting with other women. How is that not cheating?

I'm thinking it will help you to understand that what happened isn't your fault, that you have nothing to feel guilty for or ashamed about. Let it all out!

My apologies, just trying to share what I have on hand. The triscuits are fig & honey flavored, if that makes a difference. You know, all fancy like. OP, so sorry you are going through this, I see the flirting all the time on here, it just seems to be part and parcel of people becoming more mainstream physically attractive…

I have some apple slices and triscuits I can share.

I second Skinnytaste, Gina makes some killer recipes and she likes to make sure there are plenty for vegans, low carb, dairy free, etc.

Echo what others have said: check your protein, fat, and fiber to make sure you are getting enough. Figure out what makes you feel full. I'm a bit of an oddball, so for me it is high carb, high protein that makes me feel full and satisfied. Also, drink LOTS of water and make sure you are getting sufficient sleep. If none…

Agree with everyone above, likely mostly water retention and bloating. You should be back to normal in a week or so.

Nearly got fired once for getting up and walking away from a customer who was screaming at me for no reason. Customer actually came back later and apologized for his behavior, but it didn't matter, it was still my fault to my boss, obviously. Needless to say, I don't work there anymore.

That is a great rule! I'm going to have to start using that if I get a muffin from a local bakery. I stay away from the muffins the size of my head, and generally only eat 1/2 muffin in a sitting, so I can usually squeeze it in for the day if I REALLY want one.

Right? That's what I was thinking! I love savory oatmeal as a dinner option, it has less calories than a rice or pasta bowl and is just as delicious and filling.
