  • any carbonated drink is fulil of empy calories and should be something we all stay away from. Lemon water or plain water is the way to go. Starting putting cucumeber in my water... any other ideas out there for drinking more water?
  • don't worry it happens to the best of us. with eating veggies and more fiber it is all normal to have an increase gas. I would be more concerned if you did not.
