  • Omg me too! I go about twice a week, this scares me but I eat and drink enough and I have no pains so I kind of deal with it, only I feel like the more bowel movements I have the more weight I will lose so it does make me kind of worried
  • I have a cheat day or weekend once a month. Maybe this isn't the best but it I recover pretty fast although I do notice my body feels like total crap the entire weekend, I even wake up from stomach pains :/ is it worth it? Maybe not

I also work at a hospital and it does get boring since the patients are sleeping so all my coworkers pass timing snacking on junk food.   • So this is weird but once I got Noravirus and lost 10 pounds in 4 days. Here's the weirder part, it actually stayed off and jumped started my weight loss this has happened to me twice. So weird.

I NEVER buy my produce from big chain grocery stores because they are too expensive but the other day I bought 7 cucumbers for $1! They even had 3 heads of lettuce for a dollar.
