I usually cut one half of the avocado and left the pit in the other half. Wrap the pit side in heavy duty foil and it will last up to 2-3 days.

Monday - Check In For this past weekend to be my "cheat" weekend I think I did fairly well only 497 over my goals for the entire weekend. I usually allow myself to indulge one weekend out of the month to keep me sane (???). Anyway, I am feeling great. I weighed myself this morning and have lost 2lbs since my Wednesday…
