I have a desk job and I have managed to get in 10K steps. Make a plan, divide your day up in manageable chucks. For example, by 10 am, I should have 2K, by 4 pm, I should have 6K. You have to be extremely creative. Try to get at least 1,000 in before you get to work. Park far away from the building. Take the long way to the restrooms or use the ones furthest away, even maybe on another floor, walk during lunch, and take the stairs. Thanks for the advice. I got the Fitbit Charge HR. It is not waterproof meaning you can submerge it in water, but then again, I rarely take Aqua Zumba anymore. It's a great device.
