I like the Heath Breyer's blasts a lot. I think the best Edy's Slow Churned flavors have something other than vanilla as the base- their mint, coffee, and chocolate bases are pretty good.

This is a pretty messed up way of thinking. If you need a day, take a day. It won't kill your goals in the end. Don't punish yourself- that's a pretty unhealthy relationship with food.

MPF is set up really well to help you have a "cheat day" or "cheat meal." I went over by what I naturally was allotted by probably a thousand calories. Gross, I know, but I went for a long run and lifted today to try to make up for it, and made up for it in the past couple and will do so in the next couple days.
