You want to take in a simple Carb right after work out (piece of fruit works) and make sure your protein intake is not below .08-1 Gram per lb of body weight per day, Whey protein works after work out because body absorbs quickly. You want Casein protein, at night before bed, so your body can use to repair and build muscle.

Costco Smart $ Final and local fruit Vegie stands. Know the prices and don't buy high. By low and stock up. Costco has great deals on Frozen Vegie mix. There picked and packed at prime ripe ,so you can't get much healther. I buy Chicken or samon burgers on sale and freeze

Just completed 30 days. Didn't notice any change in food taste. Just noticed it made me feel full and this cut my proportions. Didn't get hungry between meals. Started Sensa and Gym workouts Jan 1st. Scale indicated down 30lbs yesterday or 7.58% loss
