I know it isn't great to use food as a way of rewarding oneself, but i'd like to treat my friends to sushi and drinks once my goals are met. Also, I might get a really nice blender or juicer once i'm at my half way mark.

I' don't really dislike Radiohead, but I really didn't care for their album The King of Limbs except the song Give up the Ghost. Really struck a chord with me. Let's see, Lady Gaga is super annoying to me but her song Eh, Eh was really nice, imo.

Awesome! Very glad you're having such success and I agree that MFP is a big help. I'm working really hard myself on losing weight and I will be so happy to longer be obese and be overweight and some day be at a healthy weight. Again, great job.

There is a great recipe for vegetarian cabbage stew at food.com that is only 141 calories per bowl (298 g). http://www.food.com/recipe/vegetarian-cabbage-stew-296416 I've had it and thought it was great. Tasty and filling.

I was 332 at the start of the year and already I've lost a noticeable amount of weight. This site is a big help.

I have over 100 pounds to lose, and it can seem daunting, but with every pound I lose the better I feel. I'm in my mid 20's and I figured these years should be spent actively. Also, It's probably only going to get harder to lose weight once I'm in my 30's and 40's. Best of luck to you.

I was pudgy as a toddler. Got overweight as a kid and became fat in middle school. Then in high school I became obese (over 300 lbs) and haven't changed much since then.

I'm no expert but yeah, probably. As long as what you get from Subway isn't as crappy as what what you usually eat. Same deal with the salad.
