as phjorg1 said strength standards is a good way to go but as a rough guideline i'd say 1 rep maxs as bench - 1 bw squat - 1.5 bw deadlift - 2+bw

have u ever heard off jim stoppani? well he has a 6 week program called shortcut to shred and it helped me drop 17lbs and from 15%bf to 8%bf in that time period....worth considering

people have the misconception that 'ohh i'm not allowed bad stuff so i'll just eat loads of fruit cause its good sugar' i don't agree with this at all sugar is sugar at the end of the day....

i kinda see squat rack and wrongly presumed it was a guy.....100kg more than enough and these things would always be fit for more anyway :)

i'm amazed u struggle to get 2000 in, i know i'm a big guy but i find 5000 easy. try to eat smaller amounts more often and drink plenty of water it will speed up ur metabolism and u should be hungrier more often.

it is height adjustable actually. :) max weight is 100kg though that might be a problem.... squat rack defo something worth investing a wee bit more into..:)
