  • Round 2 finished! My "official" numbers are: Down 7 lbs & 4.5 inches. Total for 2015: 14 lbs [12 on 21DF] & 18 inches!

  • I crashed & burned my round 2. I got a cold that I couldn't shake, bad cough made it hard to exercise. Started again this morning. Doing a challenge with my coach. Hoping that keeps me going...I really need this!

  • Elle, I got a Fitbit for that purpose too. It really varies depending on the workout & how hard you work. I have found the fitbit pushes me farther!
  • Hi Erica! I didn't, I went straight on to Round 2. I'm trying to add walking in on top of the 21Day Fix program, but I would TOTALLY listen to your body on this! If you feel that you need to take a break, do it! For myself, I knew if I took a week off I might not get back on! I'm also super motivated right now!
  • I TOTALLY agree! My 21st day was Sunday. I was VERY disappointed that I had only lost 5 lbs., but was pleasantly surprised to discover that I had lost 13 1/2 inches!!! Let's go Round 2!

  • Elle, where are you in the program? Are you eating the correct amount? My first week I didn't lose anything. I am attributing that to muscle gain. My second week I'm losing approx 0.5 daily. Everyone is different, what matters is that you are doing it!!!
