Becca – I have to hide healthy food to get DH to eat it. He has had Hamburger Helper with ground turkey or chicken enough now that he no longer complains. Next I will try turkey meatballs on Flatzza whole wheat pizza, and see if I can get away with that. I know these items aren’t really healthy, but I have to take baby…

You are mis-informed on Metformin. I have PCOS and I am on Metformin and took it through both of my pregnancies. Metformin IS NOT bad for the baby.

You should search for articles here on why you should never fall under 1200 calories net. You definitely are not eating enough. Your body is a furnace that needs fuel CONSTANTLY.

I too have PCOS and those that do, should really follow a low carb lifestyle. I have two children and my first happened right away after losing a ton of weight. I could not lose the pregnancy weight and it took almost 2 years and Clomid to conceive my 2nd. PCOS sucks!! Hang in there, get rid of the scale and maybe tweek…
