I absolutely love mixing the frozen sweet corn and frozen peas you can get at Costco and adding a little salt and pepper. I could eat cup after yummy cup of that! If I am out of both of those, I'll go crazy over a few whole or baby carrots. I am trying to develop a taste and love for kale. Does anyone have any suggestions?
