After a month of me working out my husband bought up on my protein bars. He has now started planning his own workouts. So that is even more motivation for me when he joins in.

I've lost 40 lbs since the last week of December. I was weighing 220 at 5'11. I'm now weighing 180 lbs.Alot of people say that I wasn't over weight. But I felt like a cow...:embarrassed: I'm at my goal weight and would like to tone up now. Things that I've noticed so far... There is people that get jealous of your success…

Oh I forgot to mention that my husband drinks water only thru the day. He has his OJ in the mornings. I'm sure the water helped on the weight loss too

I've never been a big soda drinker. My husband quit cokes a couple of months ago. He dropped 6 lbs in a week. He says he was only drinking 4 or 5 a day. I think maybe more but not sure. He has done well staying away from them so far. Good luck :happy:

I never been a big coke fan. My husband has always drink cokes. He would drink anywhere from 3 to 6 cans a day. He refused to quit drinking them. About 2 weeks into me losing weight he stopped. He has been drinking water every since.Two weeks afterhe quit he had lost 7 lbs. He hasn't had a coke in over 2 months... Water…

Did you drink the water? I was told that you have to drink the water to hydrate your skin. That way while your losing weight the skin will stay with your body. Plus it flushes your liver.. Water in and Fat out. I'm sure there is alot more benefits too. Hope you find a solution.

The plan I'm on we eat alot of protein bars for a meal or snack. Its helps when you in a hurry. I've lost 26 lbs in 46 days so far. There is several really good protein bars that I have found. I drink the water. It seems to help alot. You can also eat sugar free jello Its unlimited on the plan I do. Hope you find what works for you.
