I just finished Shred and am starting Ripped this week. Very excited.

I did 30DS in the morning and then did my other routines as normal.

I just finished my 30 days. Over the program I took 4 days off but they were not consecutive.

tomorrow is my last day!!!! lost inches!!!

I am going to trade with my friend for 30 day ripped when I am done with the Shred. I also want to try the kickboxing.

It does work. I finished day 25 today. I have lost inches and around four pounds. You will notice you are more toned!!! Love this workout

I just finished day 24!!!!!!! I am so excited I have almost completed it. Wear tennis shoes for the exercises that have impact. The results have been amazing!!! Keep up the good work:)

I am seven days from completing it!!!! and will make myself do it. Level three has brought me to tears the day after. No matter how hard I will make it though!!!!

I am startng day 3 of level 3. I do extra cardio on at least 4 of the days as I go to my regular spin classes, zumba , and eliptical machine. I have lost inches and a couple of pounds. Keep at it.

I use 5lbs and 3lbs. depending onthe exercise.

I have been smoke free for over 6 years!!! but on some pounds, but I feel healthy and love exercising.

Day 19 and 9th day of level 2 completed!!!! I cant wait to be done. Love the results.

you will see a change if you follow through with it. I am on day 18 and the changes are visable

I just finished day 18, day 8 of level 2!!! I did not take measurements, but can feel and see a big difference. Clothes are loose and I have even lost a couple of pounds. I have only took one break as i had a vball tourny to go too. I also try to do some extra cardio at least 5 days out of the week.

I still raise my arms sometimes I just run in place.

I am on day 15 on level 2. You will start to notice slight changes around day 10. Remember it didnt take 6 days to get to this point.
