Good Morning and Welcome! I totally hear what you are saying. I have been up and down the roller coaster of weight loss. I am trying to focus on myself this year and learning the right things to eat and getting exercise 4-5x a week. Feel free in adding me as a friend.

Bring some protein bars and have them at your desk. (that's what I do! ) Save that change...it will add up and treat yourself to a manicure or pedicure!!

Perhaps change things up...I am not sure what exercise you are doing, but do something totally different. Are you eating foods with alot of sodium?

Do you have any FREE on demand exercise programs? Through Comcast - where we have out cable service, we have free exercise programs. Love doing those! How about possibly getting a jump rope? Jump roping is a great way to get your heart rate up!
