I have definately been off and on the wagon! lol I am back on the wagon and 2013 focusing on me! I am currently training for a Half Marathon in Feb. I am going to the Y/being outside (if weather permits) 5x a week to log in those miles. Looking forward to being friends here and giving encouragement!

Sounds like me! I had a not so good food choice day yesterday, but today is today and I am not going to keep making myself feel gulity. I know one thing that helps me is going to the Y.
