I would pull anything that doesn't fit that you want to wear again and put them in Space Bags. Those you don't want to wear anymore no matter what size you are donate or sell.

Definitely don't think of it as a diet. Carry a notepad & pen or food & exercise journal with you everywhere. If you ask for the nutritional facts and they're reluctant to help you with that, then they & they're food are toxic to your efforts - pass on both.
