Today I went to the gym alone! (my finace usually gets me to come along with him) It was nice to feel like it was 100% my success!

Great Thread! Today I worked out for 1.5 hrs. had a lettuce wrap instead of a sandwich and drank only water! These little successes are so much fun to read! keep em' coming!
