I do a little paleo/low carbing. I think it's the most efficient way to lose weight and really feel good.

I am down 17 pounds now, I just came back to myfitnesspal to try to count calories (since I am horrible at it) I too have another 60 pounds to lose. I am hoping to make it happen! I'm looking for the motivation out there when I fall off track. I also find that pinterest (when I have time) helps too!
