The main reason the calorie intake is so low is because i replace 1 meal a deal with a Lean Body Meal Replacement shake. For breakfast i usually eat 4 eggs and turkey bacon or sausage and for lunch i eat steak, chicken or fish with 1-2 cups of vegetable and 1-2 cups brown rice or Quinoa and kale.
