I think it's safe to say that anytime somebody says that "Muscle weighs more than fat", they really mean "Muscle weighs more than fat per unit volume". Any given volume of muscle weighs more than that same volume of fat. It's like playing a game with words.

They're horse ****. It's an estimate not a true body fat measurement. Might be good for judging progress but it isn't accurate.

You can't target areas for fat loss. Not with a pill and not with an exercise. Just exercise and diet and it will come off eventually.
