kashi go lean crunch cereal - i like the cinnamon crumble, chaboni greek style yogurt, eggland's best eggs, kashi all natural blueberry waffles, old fashioned oatmeal. lots of healthy choices out there..

Love cliff bars, white chocolate macadamia nut and usually my treat for the day ;) I never go over on my salt so this is my guilty pleasure with protein..

I have fitbit and I am not syncing with MFP. I am going to get an HRM. The fitbit is great for tracking steps..

Personally think both are needed.. I started with fitbit. Its great for counting steps (running, walking, climbing stairs) I am going to get the an HRM for specific workouts.. .

It takes time and you have to be patient. I dont feel deprived or hungry at all now. 1 or 2 pounds a week is a great accomplishment. You should be very proud of yourself. :smile:

Make sure you are using something to track your burn accurately. 60 min of cardio I burn 350 max. I would have to be doing almost 4 hours of cardio to burn that much. My workout is pretty intense.

Yes, under active. I had thyroid tumor and only have 1 lobe now. A struggle for weight loss. Also have lupus and I suffer with fatigue most of the time. I have never been a big eater. You need to find ways to boost your metabolism and its tough and slow going.. add me :)

hi jnmkmom... yeah its thicker and you have to acquire a taste for it.. I love it now and regular yogurt tastes watery. Greek yogurt does have more protein..
