You haven't shown your diary so we can't see how you're eating. My question-are you eating 1200 cal at the least. It's required to eat at the least 1200 a day. That might be your problem. I went public and I was having the same problems. My friends on MFP told me I wasn't eating enough. I upped it and that wk I lost 5#.…

NO NO NO!!! Your diary is NOT ok!! You need to eat at the least 1200 cals. You will find out that you will be gaining and don't be surprised if you lose your hair and strength. This is how your body will rebel. You have put your body in starvation mode. It will eat your muscle. You will become ill. Please eat more.

It most assuredly keeps me honest. But I too like to see what others are doing different. Also,I was in trouble and couldn't lose and my good friends sent me messages and told me what they tho't I was doing wrong. I took their advise and I got out of trouble.

I'm asking myself,"why don't they show their diary"? Are they ashamed of what they eat or what? I show so my MFP friends can comment on the things I eat or in my case,I wasn't losing b/c they seen I wasn't eating enuf. So I agree,if they are a "no-show" they're fired.

I use "Syntrak Nectar whey protein isolate. I had the RNY surgery back in 2000 so this is suggested by the Barriatric surgeons.I but the vanilla bean torte.It is soooo yummy.You can add ant kind of fruit (banana,strawberries,etc) to it that you want.

And I need to know another question on this subject.I measured when I started in Jan.Now it's one mo later and I measured.I know I lost but I didn't write it down.I thought this would keep it for me.But HOW do I retrieve the first measurement?

Thanks for asking that question.I have been wondering that too.Some say you eat them others say don't. So I agree if you're needing extra afterwards eat something if you're not don't.You know your body better than anyone else.

Myself I do not like hot air corn. It won't hold any salt. If you like bland corn then by all means that would be the healthiest way. Good luck:)

Cottage cheese,35 cal bread then put a little pizza sauce,mushroom etc..and mazz cheeze and put it in the oven for just a bit and it is so yummy.Also get some pkgs of sf puddingd,sf jellos and sf cool whip to put on top. There's a lot of things to prepare but I don't know your taste.
