Well done everyone! I stayed strong at work and didn't eat anything. I also lost 3.75 lbs in 2 days!!!!

I do have will power, its just sometimes I slip. It is very hard because everything looks so good! Today is my first shift since I have been eating healthy so wish me luck! :smile:

My goal is too lose 33 pounds by the end of this year! I have found out that if you drink a large glass of water before every meal, you feel more full there for you don't over eat. I bought a super pump and I am trying to drink at least 2 full bottles of that (1.25 L) a day. If any of you ladies want to add me or send me a message then feel free, I really want to help out…

I would love to start mini challenges! my biggest issue is that i eat way to many carbs. I work in a bakery where we can take free food whenever we want. Do any of you lovely ladies have any advice on how to ignore the temptation?
