Slow down! When I first started the C25K program I walked at 3mph and jogged at 3.5mph. I was completely out of shape. Give yourself lots of time to build up your endurace and speed.

How about a smoothie? My current favorite~~1 cup fat free plain greek yogurt, 1 cup frozen peaches, 1/2 cup of fat free vanilla almond milk, 2 packets truvia, splash of vanilla, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, and 1 cup fresh spinach. Blend until smooth. About 175 calories. Satisfies my sweet tooth too. My favorite go to snack is 15…

I completed day 7 of Level 1 today. Today was the first time I could complete it without a few "5 second jog in place" breaks. Just try it!:smile:
