I have a one-strap backpack, and my man-boob came over the strap. HUGE wakeup.

Very awesome! Good job!

Forget those folks who don't get it. I'm another person who isn't terribly overweight (anymore), and am still here to get and stay healthy. You're doing this for you, don't let naysayers whom you've never met get on you. Stay positive and stay awesome.

Breakfast is tricky. Yeah, it's "important" to get the nutrients and whatnot for your day, especially for those of us who work at 8am. While I wouldn't say I'm hungry when I wake up, I always try to eat a little something. I find that it makes the late morning easier and I'm not as ready to chow down on anything come lunch…

Yeah I don't know if you should shoot for 2-3 pounds a week. What you lost may have been water weight, which comes off easily, now you might be getting into the hard stuff. That will take more work, eat right and exercise regularly, you'll start taking that stuff off no problem.

It happens, I had Chinese food last night. I've learned that entertaining a less-than-ideal meal from time to time keeps me sane and dedicated the other 99% of the time.

I'm going as a chaser zombie this year! Definitely excited.

From a few years ago, 15 pounds heavier. Always good to see.

Good job, man! That's awesome to see!

While you may not like your pictures, use them as motivation. I know some people will post them up here in public to add that extra sense of motivation. You can do it, and your after shot will look so much better.

I alternate between a couple things. Breakfast 1 -2 eggs (fried or scrambled) -1-2 slices of toast -Coffee (gotta have it) Breakfast 2 -1/2 cup (dry) of oatmeal -About 1/8 cup of milk into the oatmeal (I like it a little creamy) -Coffee (just gotta) These two meals make up about 95% of my breakfasts. They give me protein,…

We are our harshest critics. It may take a while for you to accept that you look good (and trust me, you do look great). What's important is to not let it get to your head too much, just stay healthy, continue to eat right and keep on exercising, eventually you'll see yourself in the same light as others see you.

Awesome job!

If it's super hot out, I'll carry my camelbak, but if it's under 70, regardless of distance, I won't bother. Yeah I'll sweat and feel thirsty, but even on my longer run days (5-10 miles), I've never felt anything major. I just make sure to hydrate plenty once I'm back.

Sorry! This is when I was about 20-30 pounds heavier, you can't tell too much because of what I'm wearing, though.

I'm 23 and have already been to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Canada, and Mexico. Traveling is AWESOME and if you have the funds, do it. You can work later, get out and meet people and enjoy everything that you can.

Another recommendation for Beachbody. As far as eating/exercise, everything counts, so count it! Make sure you're keeping track of every single snack you eat, you'll be surprised how much it all adds up. Be sure to also include your workouts, from walking to the store to lifting (or whatever you have planned). Everything…

Be sure to not give yourself opportunities to snack. Throw those cookies out! My girlfriend and I are both snackers, so we have a constant supply of fresh fruit and veggies available if we absolutely need to munch on something.

Hey man, you got this. Just take it one day at a time and keep working hard. If you need tips on food or exercise, ask anybody on here, there's some good information out there if you're struggling, keep at it!

Good info! Thanks!
