:smile: I agree with the calories in- calories out approach people are taking here. That being said, I find that when I eat a lot of chocolate or have fast food even when they fit into my days calories, I'm hungrier afterwards (because you have to eat less) and then I either crash out afterwards or crave more…

After I lost some weight a friend of my commented and said that she didn't think I had needed to lose weight but now that I had I looked way better.... i know she was trying to spare my feelings by not saying I looked fat before. But...ouch.
